Last night was the best New Year's Eve ever!
Rachael & I went to the play Cinderella @ the Ordway, just her & I. It was the most special evening, holding her on my lap as we enjoyed the magical play. She was awestruck by the lights, the songs, the theatre.
Everything was new & exciting to her!
She wasn't feeling 100% but this was perfect because we didn't have to park far away, she could snuggle on my lap & it wasn't exhausting for her.

This is the incredible castle made by a construction company just for the lobby while the play was going on. It was so neat & someone paid A LOT of money to be able to take it home for their children...pretty lucky kids!
Intermission we ran downstairs quickly to get to the bathroom before everyone else did. It was only raining outside at that point. But when we came out, there were HUGE snowflakes coming down!
We finally made it to the elevator, notice the snow on her head & jacket. Made for a very icky & dangerous drive home, there were cars slipping & sliding everywhere. I was so relieved when we made it into the garage!
She loved the play so much & it was the best mommy & daughter night ever. I've never had a better New Years Eve & these memories I will cherish for years to come.
