Turkey Feather Project & Auntie B's Birthday Dinner!

Rachael hopped into the van after school very excited about her homework.  She was given a blank piece of cream tag board with very specific directions that she was to decorate it however she wanted, but it was a FAMILY project.  I remember this same project from last year & specifically remember Daddy getting out the hot glue gun to make sure whatever she was putting on was going no where.  Daniel wanted to help, so he colored on the back of the instructions sheet & was very proud...
Working hard on his project...left handed like Daddy?!

I love the two teeth & big dimples  :)

Daniel's Masterpiece

Rachael's finished Turkey feather...BEAUTIFUL.

Tonight we had Auntie B's birthday dinner.  Grandma worked hard to make her favorites...Enchiladas, Fried Tacos (for the kids & I), Beans & Rice.  YUMMY!  Daniel ate 2 tacos, 2 scoops of beans & 3 servings of rice, a fried taco with cinnamon & sugar & a cookie!!!  His tummy was a rock when he was finished eating.  Rachael ate 2 tacos, 4 servings of rice & 2 scoops of beans.  They LOVE Mexican food!

After Dinner, PJ's, books, then bed....

Not quite ready for bed...
first Daniel & Uncle Nick snuck off to the toy room for a jam session!

We had a great day today & hope yours was too!!!!
